SS Rajamouli's Baahubali Biggest Battle Scene


Director SS Rajamouli, who is currently busy shooting for Baahubali in Kerala, is leaving no stone unturned to make his upcoming magnum opus a master piece in Indian cinema. The latest buzz in the T-Town is that the ace filmmaker is planning never-done-before battle sequences for the Prabhas, Anushka and Rana Daggubati starrer movie. The preparations for it are said to be going on at a brisk pace.

Reports suggest that the film unit of Baahubali is all excited to shoot this battle sequence, which is likely to start from the last week of December and will continue for almost 60 days. Peter Hein is choreographing this action sequence, which is said to feature more than 2,000 junior artistes. It is further reported that many artistes have already undergone special training in horse riding and sword fighting.

Shobu Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni, who are producing it under the banner of Arka Mediaworks, are reportedly shelling out hefty sum on this war scene of the period action drama Baahubali. Cinematographer Senthil will handle the camera work for this scene, but the shooting location of this scene is yet to revealed by the makers of the movie, which is expected to hit the screens in 2015.
